Where do the leads come from?
We have a FSA compliant web site called MortgageGuide.co.uk which sources enquiries for mortgage advice through search engines across the Internet.

How much does it cost?
The cost of each lead is dependent upon the type of leads you require. A breakdown of our lead pricing can be found here.

When do I pay for the leads?

Mindcom will invoice on the Monday of each week for leads received during the previous week. Payment is due 7 working days following date of invoice.

Where is the quality in our mortgage leads ?
We spend alot of time ensuring that our visitors are fully aware of what they are applying for. Our leads consist of people with a genuine interest in mortgage advice / quotation who expect to be called back. All of our mortgage leads are vetted by our in-house management team and only delivered to you once we have ascertained a genuine interest from the client.

Can I pause the leads whilst I am on holiday?
Advisers may take a lead holiday for up to 20 days. Holiday requests must be communicated to Mindcom via email or in writing at least 48 hours prior to the holiday period. If the holiday period is longer than 20 days, the adviser may lose his/her allocated postcodes.

Can I extend my catchment area?

We are happy to extend your catchment area subject to availability. We aim to provide high quality leads to our IFA's / brokers and this can mean restricting the number of IFA's we send leads to for particular areas. please contact us for for availibility information.

How fresh are the mortgage leads?
If the mortgage lead matches your profile then it will be verified by our in-house management team. If the lead is genuine we confirm to the client that the details will be passed on to a broker. We will then forward you the lead and send the client a confirmation email. This process takes just 15 minutes and allows you to call the client back very quickly maximising the potential of the lead. We provide exclusivity of each lead as we only send each lead to one adviser.

Am I tied into a contract ?
Cancellation of the purchase agreement can be made by either party in writing with a 7 working day notice period.
